Michael graduated from the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Law & Society. While in undergrad, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer of Penn Student Agencies from 2018 – 2020 and served on the Student-Run Business Association’s Board of Directors during this time. Michael is also the Co-Founder of Benny’s Diner, PSA’s newest business. Michael rejoined PSA as it’s Program Manager in 2022 filling a long-term vacancy.
Michael is responsible for the overall management and operation of all student-run businesses within Penn Student Agencies (PSA). He is the direct supervisor of all student leadership — which includes agency directors and the executive suite — and a full-time Financial Assistant, with indirect supervision of 100+ student staff. His role focuses on practical entrepreneurial/small business experiential training and mentorship for students while advising them on staff management, coaching, training, administrative and HR responsibilities (recruiting, hiring, onboarding), marketing, customer service, and fiscal responsibility.
When it comes to business, he has a passion for organizational effectiveness; operational logistics; instructional design; entrepreneurship; team building; and strategic business development.
Michael currently serves as the 3rd President of the Student-Run Business Association after previously serving as its Vice President and Director on the Board of Directors.
Prior to PSA, Michael led the initial global logistics team as part of the operations department at SpoiledChild, a consumer goods brand launched in February 2022 under ODDITY, working internally with product development, executive leadership, and warehouse operations teams. His role involved: overseeing end-to-end global supply chain movements; optimizing costs; developing and updating protocols; and managing relationships with new and existing manufacturers, suppliers, freight brokers, vendors, and last-mile carriers.
Michael brings experience in client management, corporate & executive relations, and operational development.
Cora provides administrative and financial support to Penn Student Agencies (PSA) through oversight of accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, and supplier onboarding functions. She also serves in a supplementary role providing direction and advisement to students in financial management and record keeping.

Amber is responsible for the overall management of student leadership, development, programs, and support for University Life Space and Events (most notably Penn’s student union – Houston Hall). She leads/aids the Coordinator for Community and Student Engagement in the selection, supervision, scheduling, training, and evaluation of the student building supervisor and welcome desk ambassador staff and provides direction and support to the Operations Coordinator team.
Amber works closely and collaboratively with University Life colleagues to ensure alignment with divisional priorities and vision around student care, student development, and student leadership.
